Upon arrival, the storage unit was clean and cool. I recently stopped by their office to discuss additional options and had the pleasure of meeting Randy, the companies manager. Randy was very helpful and represented the company like a true manager. I will recommend this storage facility to others!

Rented a unit here.. While I think it's a little pricey, felt like it was pretty safe leaving our items in storage for the month while we move into a new rv.. Storage is obviously an issue here in Florida so units are little high vs Ohio.

Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable all describe Eddy who assisted me in the rental. Building is new and clean. While the distance from the door can be daunting, there are hand trucks available and all units are on ground floor. Rates are competitive. I would certainly recommend StorQuest to my friends.

My wife and I loved everything about the experience of utilizing StorQuest for our needs. The units were clean and new. The employees/staff were very helpful and friendly to get us setup with an account and take us on a tour of the facility. We also loved how secured everything was! It goes to show that StorQuest takes this type of business/industry seriously, with pride, and professionally! Prices are competitive, if not BETTER than any other place around!

Its gated. Theres air conditioning inside most buildings. Easy access off route 1. Clean place inside and out. The price is ok but having the added security is a plus.

Barbara and Randy are the most professional people we have come across in a long time. They took a great deal of time to make sure we had the proper unit for our needs. The storage was reasonable and it was very secured

On one of my units, you increased the price by about $50 and the excuse you gave was insulting: "for better service". The service, which was already excellent due to the three local employees, hasn't improved a bit. You just figured I wouldn't move out and you decided to rip me off for more rent.

The storage units were new and temperature controlled, with a dehumidifier, so clean and raised above street level which we liked because of heavy rain or flooding! Very happy we found them !

We pulled into StorQuest with a rental truck from NC full of our worldly possessions and walked into the office hoping to find a humidity controlled locker large enough for our possessions. We were greeted in a friendly manner and immediately given a tour of lockers available to fit our things in. We signed a contract for the locker immediately and unloaded the truck on the spot. You can't ask for any better service than that.

Great place. Very clean..Nicely lit...Prices are reasonable..Only thing that gets to me at times, is when I pull up to the entry door and there is no cart there for me to bring my items in. I have to search for one. It would be nice to have one by those doors at all times. Otherwise, they are great!

They have video WebCams to keep an eye on your property. They also have restrooms and water fountains inside each of the buildings, now that’s different. So far I love this place. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re not that expensive either, I got a 10 x 10 for the price of a 5 x 10+ another 5 x 5 at the place that I’m at now. I think I’ll stay with Storquest.

New, clean, friendly staff, convenient location, easy access and interior Climate controlled units available. Access to your unit from 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Extra care was taken when built to prevent flooding. So far all is good. Just one issue I noticed while there in a rain storm last week. The covered entrance to building 2 (fire door) fills with Water and it appears that the parking lot was graded toward the entrance. If we have a hurricane and this is not corrected the Water will enter under the door and my belongings will be under water. I was told they will correct it, I hope so. Other than that it’s a very nice facility and they Have all the packing supplies you will need at reasonable prices.

StorQuest self storage located in Vero Beach Florida is definitely top drawer and definitely deserves 5 stars. I would give them more if I could. Randy made me feel like I was family. I went into this venture as a senior widow and he helped me every step of the way. The units are well lit and access is extremely easy as long as you have your access code. I never felt Concerned about my surroundings even if I was there all by myself. This is relatively new in Vero Beach and I would use them again without hesitation and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great job StorQuest you have a great man there with Randy and your new facility!!
