Yes. We offer climate-controlled units as well as humidity-controlled units.
Our indoor storage units are entered from inside the building and are climate controlled, with multiple access points from outside. Our outdoor storage units provide drive-up access, which is ideal for large or heavy items. We also have flatbed carts available to help make move-in easier.

You may be locked out of the facility, charged late fees, and ultimately your items could be sold at public auction in accordance with Florida self-storage lien laws.
Security is very important to us. Our facilities feature a fully fenced perimeter, security cameras throughout, keypad entry with a unique customer access code, and 24-hour surveillance that uses artificial intelligence to detect, prevent, and intercept intruders.
Yes, we have 24-hour video surveillance and secure gated access.
We do sell locks for your convenience, but you are welcome to use your own lock.
You decide who has access to your storage unit.
For a minimal fee, we can cut your lock if you lose your key. If you forget your access code, just contact us and we can assist you with that as well.

Our rental periods are month to month. You can rent for as little or as long as you need.
We require a 15-day notice to move out and ask that the unit be completely empty of all belongings and trash and that the lock be removed. Removing your lock lets us know you have vacated so you are not charged after move-out.

Yes. All units must be insured either through your own insurance policy or through a protection plan selected during the rental process.
Yes. We offer multiple protection plan options. In many cases, our plan may be a better fit than a homeowner’s or renter’s policy because it has no deductible, covers many situations those policies may not, does not raise premiums after a claim, and offers a smooth claims process.
We recommend using heavy-duty boxes or sealed plastic bins. Store heavy items on the bottom and lighter items on top.
The best way to protect furniture or electronics is to store them in a climate-controlled unit and wrap them in plastic or blankets.
Yes, as long as the vehicle is in your name, road-ready, registered, and insured.
Yes. Our properties are regularly serviced by a professional pest control company, and our climate-controlled areas are equipped with dehumidifiers.

The frequency of rate increases varies depending on a variety of factors and is subject to change from time to time. Generally, the first increase is after your fifth month, and then every ten to twelve months after that.
